(SCORE) to be abbreviated; requiring the pollution control agency (PCA) in
consultation with the association of Minnesota counties, the solid waste
administrators association and solid waste management coordinating board to make
recommendations to the legislature by a certain date on amending reporting
requirements in order to reduce resources used
