Establishing a pilot program to provide educational support to families with
adolescents, specifying issues to be addressed in the program, authorizing
school districts, charter schools, intermediate school districts and other
interested community based education organizations to apply to the commissioner
of education, requiring commissioner recipient determination, requring the
commissioner to provide for participating programs evaluation, appropriating
money to the commissioner of education
