Relating to government data practices; classifying electronic access data,
requiring government entities creating, collecting or maintaining electronic
access data or using a computer to install a cookie on another computer to
inform persons gaining access to the computer of the creation, collection or
maintenance of electronic access data or the use of cookies before requiring the
person to provide personal data to the entity, regulating the dissemination of
electronic access data; classifying data on beneficiaries of accounts under the
Edvest savings program, data in human rights intake files identifying potential
charging parties, potential respondents and witnesses and group automobile self
insurance financial data relating to nonpublic companies; eliminating certain
duties of the state archivist under the official records management program,
requiring maintenance of lists of disposed records by the governmental unit or
agency; repealing the provision providing for administrative remedies for
complaints of government entity noncompliance with data practices requirements
