regular disability benefit eligibility, requiring employer payment of present
value to qualifying disabled employees, specifying present value determination
method, reducing the eligible normal retirement age for disability benefit
payment termination, permitting continuation of correctional plan coverage for
certain employed disabled employees until a certain age and specifying monthly
disability benefits suspension during period of employment
