ARTICLE 1 - LABOR AND INDUSTRY
HOUSEKEEPING

Making changes of a grammatical and housekeeping nature;
modifying and clarifying certain provisions relating to apprenticeship
agreements and modifying the purpose of the apprenticeship program; modifying
and clarifying state building code license fees; clarifying contractor internet
continuing education requirements; modifying the definition of agricultural
building; repealing certain obsolete rules

CLASSIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Clarifying employee classification
of independent contractors; modifying the definition of independent contractor;
providing a pilot project for contractor registration; modifying certain

certain enforcement procedures, remedies and penalties, and notice requirements;
clarifying certain review and data classification procedures; modifying certain
tax withholding provisions for certain contractors; repealing certain obsolete
