transporters to determine the fat content of milk or cream; temporarily
exempting vehicles transporting milk from the point of production to the point
of first processing from certain seasonal highway weight restrictions under
certain conditions, limit; authorizing the commissioner of transportation (DOT)
to convey a portion of previously acquired rail bank right-of-way to a state
agency or local government unit under certain conditions, requiring the deposit
of proceeds in the rail bank maintenance account (ra, ja)
