government by eliminating the departs of corrections, employment and economic
development (DEED), health, human rights, labor and industry (DOLI), management
and budget (MMB), revenue, transportation (DOT), and veterans affairs, the
housing finance and pollution control (PCA) agencies, the office of commissioner
of iron range resources and rehabilitation (IRRRB), and the bureau of mediation
services
