viewing and specifying minimum contents, defining terms, specifying limitations,
prohibitions, staff training, records and a behavior supports requirement;
repealing student application and definitions for aversive procedure and
stimulus, deprivation procedure, emergency, positive behavioral interventions
and supports, time-out and aversive and deprivation procedure rules
