discharge of sewage and industrial or other wastes; specifying the standard for
ammonia; modifying the arithmetic mean; shortening the time period for the
requirement to disinfect wastewater effluents to reduce the levels of fecal
coliform organisms; requiring the conversion of total metal standards to
dissolved metal standards, specifying the conversion factors; authorizing the
modification of the dissolved oxygen standard on a site specific basis;
specifying certain rule change instructions to the revisor of statutes;
