requirements and a time limit; prohibiting the receipt of +disability benefits
and retirement annuities at the same time, providing for +repayment of refunds;
specifying the consequences for refusal to submit to +medical examination or
authorize the release of medical evidence; providing +for the accrual of
disability benefits; requiring independent medical +examinations of individuals
