to families with dependent children and work readiness programs and family
general assistance (FGA); changing certain references to AFDC to the Minnesota
family investment and or work first programs; and certain references to the
Minnesota family investment program-statewide (MFIP-S) to the MFIP; changing the
term caretakers to caregivers under certain child care programs provisions;
authorizing commissioner of health poison information center grants to profit or
nonprofit entities; applying certain group residential housing (GRH) rates to an
intermediate care facility for persons with mental retardation (ICF MR)
licensing exception in Dakota county; providing or deleting certain references
to federal law; updating certain range references; removing certain obsolete
references and repealing certain rules (ra, ja)
