of authorized entities where allergens capable of anaphylaxis are present;
authorizing persons or entities to obtain and store epinephrine auto-injectors;
specifying use of epinephrine auto injectors and certain training program
associated with it; establishing an authorized entity that possess and make
available epinephrine auto injectors is covered by certain good samaritan
protections
