certain terms relating to computers, defining the crime of computer +fraud as
the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network to obtain +property or
services by false pretenses, embezzle or commit larceny or convert +the property
of another, prescribing penalties; prohibiting the unauthorized use +of a
computer or computer network with the intent to falsify or forge +electronic
mail transmission or other routing information in connection with the
transmission of UBE mail or to sell or distribute software designed +to
facilitate the falsification of electronic mail transmission or other+ routing
information, penalties; providing for the recovery of damages, +protecting trade
secrets and imposing a statute of limitations; subjecting property +used in
violation to lawful seizure by law enforcement officers and to +forfeiture by
