services under the Minnesota family investment program for compliance with
certain job search support or employment plan requirements, requiring exclusion
of the bonuses from the definition of income in determining MFIP eligibility and
benefits; modifying the definition of suitable employment under the program;
requiring the commissioner of human services quarterly county performance
management report to include performance on the number of MFIP cases placed in
jobs based on attainment of a recognized credential from an accredited
