Providing college in the schools (postsecondary) program aid, specifying
eligibility of school districts offering national alliance of concurrent
enrollment partnership certified courses and an aid formula, requiring the board
of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) to accept
high school student credits for national alliance of concurrent enrollment
partnership certified courses taken at a system institution and encouraging the
university of Minnesota board of regents, private and career schools to accept
the credits; appropriating money to the commissioner of education
