Authorizing and proposing a famiy day care demonstration project to be conducted
by a certain care facility in conjunction with the commissioner of human
services in order to study a new classification for family day care allowing
greater provider flexibility to care for school age children in excess of
licensed capacity for certain limited daytime periods under certain conditions,
specifying program requirements, requiring reports and commissioner rulemaking
under certain conditions
