1E Requiring courts to prepare a separate certificate of marriage dissolution to
accompany a judgment and decree in divorce cases, allowing the court to direct
an attorney or pro se party to prepare and submit the certificate of dissolution
to the court, and allowing parties to make a written request for a certificate
of dissolution under certain conditions; removing from the required certificate
information social security numbers and adding name change information
