Modifying the medical education and research fund distribution formula for
medical education programs and eliminating medical assistance (MA) and general
assistance medical care revenue from the formula, requiring the commissioner of
human services to annually evaluate the accuracy and reliability of data reports
on prepaid medical assistance and GAMC revenue and authorizing inclusion of the
revenue in the formula under certain information conditions (je)
