Relating to health occupations; authorizing clinical nurse specialists,
nurse-midwifes and nurse practitioner practices to prescribe pharmacological
treatment (drugs); modifying duties of an advanced practice registered nurses;
clarifying certain duties of registered nurse anesthetists and certified
registered nurse anesthetists; clarifying drug dispensing authority; placing
licensed advance practice registered nurse under the category of practitioner;
permitting an advanced practice registered nurse to participate in managing and
modifying drug therapy; repealing certain provisions relating to
collaborative
