Creating the youth tobacco use prevention account in the general fund+ to fund
local and statewide initiatives to reduce the prevalence of tobacco +use among
youth, authorizing commissioner of health grants to public, private +or
nonprofit organizations to provide tobacco use prevention programs; +modifying
the sales price of cigarettes and tobacco products for sales tax +imposition
purposes, requiring the commissioner of revenue to deposit the +additional
revenues from the difference in sales price in the youth tobacco use +prevention
account; eliminating certain discounts relating to the sale of +cigarette stamps
and to the subtraction of certain tobacco products distributor +administrative
expenses from tax payment liability, requiring crediting of the +additional
revenue generated to the account (ra)
