administration a certificate and report on equitable compensation +relationships
among employees to be eligible for receipt of certain state +contracts,
specifying certain certification and report content requirements +relating to
the establishment and posting of policies ensuring pay equity among +female
dominated, male dominated and balanced classes of employees; +authorizing the
commissioner to provide technical assistance with certification and +report
development in consultation with the department of employee relations+ (DOER)
upon contractor request and authorizing a fee for the assistance; requiring a
commissioner of administration report to the legislature +by a certain date on
the status of equal pay for equal work among state +contractors, specifying
certain report content requirements (je)
