organizations receiving grants under the state dislocated worker program to
submit annual reports to the job skills partnership board on dislocations due to
employer outsourcing and employer wage and detail reports under the unemployment
insurance program to include the number of employees leaving employment during
the calendar quarter due to outsourcing, requiring the revisor of statutes to
change the phrase wage detail report to wage and employment detail report in
statutes and rules
