Isanti, and Pine counties and the university of Minnesota to conduct a economic
and technical viability feasibility study for a multistream renewable energy
biofuels demonstration facility to utilize existing forest resources to produce
ethanol or butanol for use as a liquid fuel or a gasoline supplement and
oxygenation agent; requiring the study to consider Wild river state park seed
bank capacity and expansion in Chisago, Isanti and Pine counties
