1E Eliminating elector approval for the central lakes region sanitary district
or its local government to issue bonds to fund costs associated with the
district disposal system; authorizing governing body of a local government unit
to fix special charges for the purpose of funding the district disposal system;
authorizing the dissolution of the Central Lakes region sanitary district;
requiring the district board to adopt a resolution to dissolve the district;
requiring publishing of a resolution in newspaper; requiring notification of
each property owner in the district; requiring the board to pay and collect
certain debts and give notice to creditors and claimants of the eventual
dissolution, to identify and dispose of certain assets, to distribute certain
tangible and intangible property to townships and to publish notice to inform
creditors and claimants; permitting the district to accept or reject claims
during a certain period of time by giving written notice; requiring a resolution
for dissolution requirements
