Requiring
the commissioner of public safety (DPS) to disclose only birth date and gender
within the category of personal information to the commissioner of employment
and economic development (DEED) to conduct labor market demographic
analysis

ARTICLE 2 - PROMOTIONAL AUTHORITY

Allowing the commissioner of
employment and economic development (DEED) to solicit and make proposals for
program and projects

ARTICLE 3 - UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE DATA FOR
FORECASTING

Allowing the department of management and budget (MMB) access to
unemployment insurance data for budget forecasting
