pupil units to adjusted pupil units in various revenue, levy and aid formulas
and modifying the calculation of adjusted pupil units; modifying the formula for
the determination of limited enrollment of noresident pupils and the general
education revenue formula for charter schools; establishing a formula for
limited English proficiency (LEP) programs aid; modifying the adjustment of
integration aid for alternative attendance programs; including charter schools
in the definition of pupil units served; changing resident pupils to pupils
served under certain general education revenue provisions; accelerating the
formula for converting referendum revenue to an allowance per pupil unit and
modifying the formula for referendum equalization revenue; changing resident
district to district of attendance under shared time aid; providing for the
allocation of general education and referendum revenue to buildings, authorizing
building assessments for the costs of districtwide services and compensation
increases, specifying certain separate account requirements; providing for aid
