2E Authorizing a shared work plan to provide partial unemployment benefits to
employees whose normal weekly hours of work are reduced, with a proportional
reduction in total weekly pay, in order to prevent layoffs because of lack of
work; specifying certain shared work requirements; requiring shared work
agreement approval by commissioner of employment and economic development
(DEED); specifying certain applicant requirements; establishing available
unemployment benefits for participants; authorizing an employer to cancel an
agreement under certain circumstances and authorizing the commissioner to
immediately cancel agreements; repealing obsolete language
