E Requiring nursing homes to employ administrators licensed or permitted as
nursing home administrators by the board of examiners for nursing home
administrators, authorizing the sharing of services of licensed administrators;
specifying certain duties of administrators; requiring posting of the name of
the administrator and the name of the person in charge in the absence of the
administrator; authorizing nursing directors serving as unlicensed
administrators to continue to serve under certain examination and continuing
education conditions; eliminating certain other administrator qualification
requirements and repealing the current provision providing for shared
administrators and a certain rule requiring full time administrators (ra, ja)
