department of health case mix index definition by adding RUG-IV classifications,
modifying the resident reimbursement classifications data set version instrument
and requiring use of updates issued by the centers for medicare and medicaid
services; modifying assessments used to determine a case mix classification for
reimbursement; making mandatory the short stay rate annual election; requiring
electronic reporting for audit reports; providing interstate contracts for
detoxification
