Relating to organic agriculture; expanding the membership of the shared savings loan program loan review panel, the technical review panel for sustainable agriculture demonstration grants and the agricultural utilization research institute advisory board to include organic farmers; requiring the commissioner of agriculture to promote opportunities for organic agriculture in the state; modifying the membership and extending the expiration date of the Minnesota organic advisory task force; requiring county extension educational programs and services to include programs and services for persons involved in organic agriculture; appropriating money to the university of Minnesota for the extension service for a position to coordinate projects in organic agriculture with the organic advisory task force and to the commissioner of agriculture for annual cost share payments to resident farmers for the cost of organic certification(ra)
