1E Modifying certain provisions regulating warehouses; requiring storage orders
signed by the depositor before the tendering of goods for storage; specifying
certain warehouse operator goods identification and warehouse fire protection
requirements; specifying certain floor load restrictions and sign posting
requirements for safety purposes; prescribing certain storage conditions
relating to aisle width and the protective wrapping of goods; requiring
warehouse operators to furnish the commissioner of agriculture with copies of
receipt forms used with licensure applications; specifying certain insurance and
lot number requirements and providing for the correctness of receipts;
regulating the storage of additional goods of and notices to depositors;
specifying certain warehouse operator liability limits; requiring household
goods warehouse operators to file with the commissioner and keep open for public
inspection printed rate and charge schedules; clarifying and modifying the
provision regulating claims against bonds; requiring inspection and approval by
the department of agriculture before use of a building as a warehouse and
requiring operator prompt notice to the department upon cessation of building
use; repealing certain rules regulating warehouse operators
