transportation, airports and wastewater treatment, new airport candidate search
areas selection, metropolitan council determination of metropolitan significance
of certain proposals and planning assistance duties, construction of new
municipal sewer systems and planning and zoning authority for metropolitan
agricultural preserves; repealing certain definitions under the metropolitan
surface water management program and a certain provision relating to
comprehensive plans review and update by metropolitan municipalities (ra)
