licensing standards for full-time firefighters; defining certain terms;
requiring firefighter certification; specifying certification examination

license from the board of firefighter training and education before being
eligible for employment; permitting volunteer firefighters to receive or apply
for licensure; specifying license issuance and renewal procedures; specifying
certain duties of the chief firefighting officer; requiring board to revoke,
suspend or deny a license to a firefighter or applicant that has been convicted
of a felony recognized by the board; specifying the deposit of fees for
firefighter certification and licensing purposes; modifying certain licensure
