and appreciative attitude toward livestock farmers, requiring livestock farmers
and rural residents to be good neighbors and requesting the channeling of
rhetoric and resources into promoting preferred methods of livestock production;
designating 2005 as the ending year for feedlot wars and as the beginning of a
new era of peace, harmony, love and acceptance of diversity
