1E Relating to corrections, defining earned release date and supervised release
with enhanced reentry services and providing for supervised release with
enhanced reentry services for certain inmates in department of corrections
facilities, specifying eligibility qualifications, requiring court disclosure of
supervised release with enhanced reentry services, removing the requirement for
short-term offender incarceration in local correctional facilities,
appropriating money to commissioner of corrections; repealing the definitions
for remaining term of imprisonment and sentence to more than 180 days
