ARTICLE 1 - CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE

Increasing the
child care provider assistance subsidy; appropriating money to the commissioner
of human services (DHS) for child care assistance programs and dedicating a
portion to the child care provider assistance subsidy increase and a certain
amount for assistance to additional families under the basic sliding fee
program

ARTICLE 2 - DEPENDENT CARE CREDIT

Expanding the child dependent
care income tax credit; repealing dependent care credit limitations and
inflation adjustment
