E Modifying the allocation of the portion of the drivers license reinstatement
fee credited to the alcohol impaired driver education account, eliminating the
allocations to the commissioner of children, families and learning for programs
for elementary and secondary school students and to the commissioner of
transportation (DOT) for grants to the Minnesota highway safety center at St.
Cloud state university, requiring money in the account to be used as grants to
the Minnesota safety council for programs relating to alcohol and highway safety
education in elementary and secondary schools (ra, ja)
