Requiring the commissioners of natural resources (DNR) and the pollution control
agency to implement and extend the game fish health and bioaccumulative residues
research program at the university of Minnesota-Duluth to include the assessment
of lakes and rivers in the state and toxic loadings to Lake Superior, requiring
coordination with similar efforts by surrounding states and provinces;
appropriating money to the commissioner of the PCA for a grant to the university
of Minnesota-Duluth for research program implementation purposes (rla)
