restoration, product defect tort claim and seller; provisions to apply to claims
by buyers against sellers for harm other than personal injury caused by defects
in the goods sold or leased or for misrepresentations relating to the goods;
imposing certain limits on product defects for tort claims and on common law
misrepresentation claims; specifying the relationship to common law and
providing for applicability; specifying certain footnote statutory reference
