1E Relating to criminal justice; requiring reports submitted by criminal justice
agencies to the legislature to be submitted in an electronic version; defining
criminal justice agency to include departments of corrections, public safety,
and human rights, boards of public defense, peace officer standards and training
(POST), private detective and protective agent services, and judicial standards,
sentencing guidelines commission, uniform laws commission and the courts;
requiring department of corrections to annually report to the legislature on
felony DWI offenders; requiring the sentencing guidelines commission to review
reports for consolidation or elimination; repealing certain reports related to
out-of-state juvenile placement
