Increasing the membership of the criminal and juvenile justice information
policy group; specifying certain content requirements of criminal justice
information system integration plans for matching funds requests review
purposes; authorizing agencies submission of interim integration plans to the
policy group identifying high priority integration tasks during integration plan
development; specifying a match requirement, requiring the policy group to adopt
policies relating to the use of in kind resources to satisfy a portion of the
match requirement and the identification of matching fund sources; specifying
certain reporting requirements of matching fund recipients; appropriating money
to the commissioner of public safety for grants to pay for the costs of
