Requiring the commissioner of human services in cooperation with county social
service agencies to collect residence data on new applicants for medical
assistance (MA), general assistance medical care (GAMC), general assistance (GA)
including food support and Minnesota supplemental aid (MSA), the Minnesota
family investment program (MFIP) and subsidized housing and annually report the
information to the legislature, requiring the commissioner of the housing
finance agency (HFA) to collect and provide certain summary data to the
commissioner of human services for reporting purposes
