"Right to Practice Forestry Act"; providing a state policy relating +to
protecting the practice of forestry, defining practice of forestry; +violation
to be a nuisance, authorizing enjoinment by the district court, +exception,
remedies; prohibiting forest management activities adversely +impacting the
value of other forest land and community development interference +with the
practice; requiring the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) to +develop
criteria for the classification of land as forest land, requiring +real property
sellers to include the classification on deeds for sale and to record+ the
classification on property titles; requiring the commissioner of +commerce to
inform property sellers and purchasers of the protection provided and+ the
classification established for forest land by the commissioner of +natural
