E Modifying certain provisions governing the practice of veterinary medicine;
clarifying certain definitions and defining firm; modifying the examination
notice publication requirement of the board of veterinary medicine; modifying
the time limit for filing applications for licensure; allowing the submission of
verification of ECFVG certification in lieu of a copy of a diploma with the
application; modifying examination requirements and requiring payment of both an
application and an examination fee; expanding the provisions providing for the
licensing of veterinarians admitted to practice in other states to veterinarians
admitted to practice in Canadian provinces and modifying the documents required
to be submitted with the application; expanding restrictions on the issuance of
temporary permits and providing for the issuance of temporary licenses to
certain graduates of nonaccredited or approved colleges of veterinary medicine;
imposing a time limit on acquisition of deceased veterinary practice firm owner
interests; expanding certain title use restrictions; specifying certain
renumbering instructions to the revisor of statutes (mk, ja)
