marked trunk highway #36 from the intersection with marked trunk highway #95 and
Washington county state-aid highway #23 to the Stillwater lift bridge; exempting
certain vehicles; requiring commissioner of transportation to erect signs in
certain locations giving notice of commercial vehicle combination length
restrictions; authorizing commissioner to request Wisconsin post similar signs
on the Wisconsin side of bridge
