Providing wage theft protection; classifying department of labor and industry complaints data; providing and modifying certain regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act relating to gratuities on credit cards or charges, rest and meal breaks, certain powers and duties of the commissioner of labor and industry, grants to community organizations, employer retaliation, fines and penalties, contracts for labor or services and requirements for employer statement to employees, limitations of time for commencing actions; revisor's instruction; repealing certain rules; making conforming changes

ARTICLE 3 - PAID FAMILY LEAVE

Providing and modifying certain regulations relating to paid family leave, pregnancy, parenting and caregiver leave, leave insurance, relationship to other leave, notice requirements to affected employees and community organizations grants availability, and allowing a subtraction from individual taxable income for amount received in pregnancy, parenting and caregiver leave benefits; making conforming changes

ARTICLE 4 - EARNED SICK AND SAFE TIME

Providing and modifying certain regulations relating to earned sick and safe time, certain powers and duties of the commissioner of labor and industry, required statement of earnings by employer, definitions, and reinstatement after leave of absence; requiring a report to the legislature; making conforming changes; repealing the sick leave benefits care of relatives provision;

Requiring fair scheduling; providing regulations for notice of employee schedules; making conforming changes
