provisions

election form the definition of ballot question; modifying the definitions of
candidate and election for judicial retention purposes; providing for first
registration; modifying reporting requirements; specifying provisions relating
to retention of judges; providing for judicial retention elections; creating a
judicial performance evaluation commission, specifying certain duties and
membership requirement, requiring commission nominees gubernatorial submission;
specifying certain transition requirements; revisor instruction; repealing the
judicial offices designation of incumbents ballot form and the uncontested
judicial office canary ballot for nonpartisan offices
