and universities (MnSCU) for allocation to Southwest state university to conduct
a feasibility study relating to changing and expanding agriculture education to
meet current needs and to develop a center for applied rural and regional
research, specifying certain study requirements; requiring Southwest state
university to conduct the study in collaboration with the university of
Minnesota and Minnesota west community and technical college and report findings
to the board of trustees, the board of regents and the legislature by a certain
