and property; requiring premarital agreements to be in writing and signed by
both parties, providing for enforceability without consideration; specifying
content options, right of a child to support not to be adversely affected by the
agreement; agreement to be effective upon marriage of the parties; providing for
amendment or revocation by written signed agreement; specifying conditions of
unenforceability, issues of unconscionability to be decided by the court;
imposing a statute of limitations for actions for relief under the agreements;
conforming certain provisions regulating antenuptial and postnuptial contracts,
