rigorous course taking information and report requirements for career and
technical education courses; allowing 9th and 10th grade students to apply to
enroll in a concurrent enrollment course upon approval of the school district
and the postsecondary institution; requiring a concurrent enrollment participant
survey report; establishing a concurrent enrollment advisory board, specifying
certain duties, membership, and staggered terms requirements; appropriating
money to the office of higher education for concurrent enrollment courses and
expansion grants and to the department of education for programs, dual-credit
program information grants, concurrent enrollment start-up grants, concurrent
enrollment teacher training, and concurrent enrollment teacher
